For five weeks, a core cast of eight performers, and six guest stars, performed six distinct hour-long plays — each by a different author — that tell The Numbers Game: a tale of gambling and race relations in post-Prohibition Harlem based on the true stories of the mob bosses Dutch Schultz and Queenie St. Clair.

"The Numbers Game gambles on a gangland war tale and wins big... Director Benjamin Blais moves the action along briskly, especially in the first episode...NNNN's"
